Booking Policy

Booking fee £25 or full price of treatment if the treatment cost is less than £25.

Payments made via bank transfer on time of booking.

Cancellation is free if you allow 24+ hours notice

For non arrival of appointment or for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, there is a charge of full price of the booking. If you’re paying by voucher please bring the voucher or voucher code along with you. Expired voucher can be redeemed at a charge of 50% of the value of the voucher.

Courses can be refunded at the full price of individual treatments. Courses have 6 -12 months expiry depending on treatment Consultation fee £30. Redeemable against the cost of purchases/treatments booked and paid for on the day of consultation.

Consultations and patch test are free if included in the price of a course of treatment.

Skin chats are free!

For those who prefer a consultation online or via telephone, we can do this free of charge.

Patch tests are required and have a fixed charge of £30 (redeemable against purchases on the day)
